Dr Rashika Perera Gomez, Clinical Psychologist, is the Founder and Owner of Open Mind Psych. She has her Bachelor of Arts (Psychology Honours and Cross Cultural Studies concentration) from Carleton College, USA, and her Master of Clinical Psychology and PhD from the University of Melbourne.
Rashika has been working in private practice for over 13 years. She has previously worked at the University of Melbourne, the Royal Children’s Hospital, the Monash Medical Centre, and Foundation House.
Rashika works with patients of all ages (including children and the elderly) and a wide range of presentations including, but not limited to, anxiety and panic disorders, depression, stress, bereavement, trauma, and PTSD. Rashika also works with couples. In particular she works with veterans, new mothers, victims of domestic abuse, individuals going through separation, and adjustment issues. Rashika also offers sessions in Sinhalese language.
Rashika is warm and compassionate and finely tuned to catering treatment towards the client’s specific needs and issues. While she uses a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy framework, she is mindful of adopting a holistic approach in treating her patients.
In her spare time Rashika enjoys spending time with her family and pursuing creative endeavours. She is an accomplished musician, and loves poetry, reading, and photography. She recently published her first book "Rise" a collection of poems exploring themes of loss, trials, and the resilience of the human spirit in the face of adversity. It is a celebration of victory, and brings home the important message that we can always rise!

Corinna is a registered Psychologist (Master in Organisational Psychology), a Board-Approved Supervisor for training Psychologists in Australia and a Change specialist. With over 15 years experience, Corinna has worked as a crisis helpline counsellor and coach with individuals, groups and organisations experiencing challenging transitions.
Corinna assists individuals (adults and elderly), couples and families in navigating life changes and transitions such as career transitions, relationship, parenting and family dynamic adjustments and changes. Her service covers a wide range of presentations, such as, but not limited to, stress, anxiety, burnout, grief, and trauma.
Corinna empowers her clients to regain stability and resilience to be their best personal and professional self through tailored evidence-based interventions and techniques e.g. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy.
She creates safe and confidential spaces for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions and behaviours. Additionally, she helps them develop strategies to overcome challenges and to increase their mental fitness and emotional wellbeing.

Devinka is an accomplished accounting and commercial insights professional with over 15 years of diverse accounting experience across industries such as manufacturing, retail, university and finance. Devinka holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Management from Deakin University and is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA).
Devinka excels in consumer behavioral trends analysis, strategy development, profitability analysis, budgeting/forecast, and board/investor presentations. She has made a significant contribution to some of Australia’s largest FMCG and Retail companies, including Woolworths, Metcash/IGA and Goodman Fielder. Additionally, she has ventured into the impact investing space, where she allocates capital to organizations and projects striving to address the world’s most pressing problems under the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Devinka is passionate about supporting sustainability and circular economy start-ups. She’s been instrumental in propelling businesses like climate tech companies, regenerative and vertical farming enterprises, and innovative tech creators to better serve their customers and pitch their MVP. She also dedicates her time as a mentor for a start-up accelerator program at one of Australia’s largest regional universities.
In addition to her career and business strategy expertise, Devinka has a deep interest in nutrition and health, stemming from her personal journey with managing an autoimmune disorder. She advocates for regenerative farming, nutrition dense foods, and soil health over industrialised farmed products as the keys to healthier life.
